【PURPOSE】
(1)Hold an international contemporary art exhibition in islands of Tokyo.
(2)Aggregates the art activities of their own characteristic of each island, and to introduce to Japan and the world.
(3)Aim at exchange of an overseas artist and people of an island through the exhibition.
(4)Cooperate with an international understanding instructional activity through an overseas artist.
(5)Contribute to improvement and activation of the local culture through the exhibition.
