Since I participated at Art Islands 2012, I remember in particular visiting Habuminato on Izu Oshima. I live normally on a sailing boat in Port Otago New Zealand and so harbour waters are my everyday place.
When I look at the waters in New Zealand I think also about the waters of Oshima. For this project my artistic researches are about navigation, stillness, and seeking for safe harbour.
